NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Joan L. Bramlett, deceased, that on the 3rd day of January, 2025, Reed B. Bramlett produced and filed in this Court an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Joan L. Bramlett, deceased, dated the 29th day of March, 2012, and also filed in this Court a Petition for Probate of Will praying that said instrument be established and admitted to probate herein as and for the Last Will and Testament of said decedent, that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Reed B. Bramlett, who is named as one of the Personal Representatives in said Will, and that the identity of all heirs, devisees, and legatees of said decedent be determined for the purpose of filing waivers and consents as permitted by law, and that the Personal Representative not be required to make and return to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the estate of either of said decedents.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court, notice is hereby given that said Petition for Probate of Will shall be heard before this Court on Thursday , the 23rd day of January, 2025, at the hour of9:30 o’clock A.M., in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse in Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
