NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION TO WAIVE FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION, APPROVAL OF ATTORNEYS FEES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, APPROVAL OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE’S FEE AND DISCHARGE OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
Notice is hereby given that Christopher Troy Aebi, the duly appointed qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of Robert Wayne Aebi, deceased, has filed herein his application to waive final account and report of his administration as such Personal Representative and his petition for Decree of Distribution of said estate, both real and personal, as set out in said petition for distribution, and for discharge as such Personal Representative of said estates being ready for distribution; that the 18th day of September, 2023, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock a.m., at the District Court Room, Grant County Courthouse, Medford, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by the Court as the time and place for the settlement of said account, and for hearing said petition for distribution and discharge of such Personal Representative; and that at said time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and file exceptions in writing to said account and contest the same.
