THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of ANGIE ANN ADAMS, deceased; and The Unknown Successors of ANGIE ANN ADAMS, deceased. 

GREETINGS: 

You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in the above styled and numbered cause, by the above named plaintiffs, in which action plaintiffs have prayed for judgment against you, and each of you, determining that the plaintiffs are the owners of and in possession of the following described real estate, to-wit: 

All of Block 3, Fair Acres Second Addition to the City of Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, according to the corrected and amended plat thereof, EXCEPT a tract commencing at the Southwest comer of said Block 3, thence East 105 feet, thence North 75 feet, thence West 105 feet, thence South 75 feet to the point of beginning, owned by Angie Ann Adams, the same person as and also known as Angi Ann Adams, deceased, at the time of her death, and that plaintiffs own such real estate as tenants in common, each owning an undivided 1/2 thereof; and for further judgment determining the death of Angie Ann Adams, deceased, on May 26, 2017, and that the plaintiffs are the sole and only heirs at law of said Angie 

Ann Adams, deceased; and for further judgment determining that you, the said defendants, and each of you, have no right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest, either in law or in equity, in and to the hereinabove described real estate of plaintiffs, and cancelling and removing your purported claims as clouds upon the title of plaintiffs thereto, and quieting and confirming the title of plaintiffs in and to the hereinabove described real estate; and for further judgment forever barring and enjoining you, the defendants, and each of you, from ever asserting or claiming any right, title, lien, estate, encumbrance, claim, assessment, or interest in and to the said hereinabove described real estate of plaintiffs; and that plaintiffs have such other and further relief as may be just and proper under these circumstances in law and equity. 

You, and each of you, must answer the Petition of the plaintiffs herein on or before the 2nd day of November, 2023, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you, and each of you, as prayed for in said Petition, and as set forth in this notice.
