NOTICE FOR HEARING FINAL ACCOUNT AND PETITION FOR ORDER ALLOWING FINAL ACCOUNT, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE AND FINAL DISCHARGE 

Notice is hereby given that Max C. Hohmann, the duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative of the estate of Fem Hohmann, aka Fern Nadine Hohmann, deceased, has filed herein his final account and report of his administration as such Personal Representative and his Petition for Determination of Heirship, for Distribution of Estate, both real and personal, as set out in said Petition for Distribution and for Discharge as such Personal Representative, said estate being ready for distribution; that the 5th day of October, 2023, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock P.M. at the Grant County Courthouse, 112 East Guthrie, Medford, Oklahoma, has been duly appointed by the Court as the time and place for the settlement of said account, for determination ofheirship and for hearing said petition for distribution and discharge of such Personal Representative; and that at said time and place any person interested in said estate may appear and file exceptions in writing to said account and contest the same.
