NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE AT PUBLIC AUCTION 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of the Grant County District Court in the matter of the Guardianship of Susan E. Bachman, an incapacitated Person, the undersigned, as the General Guardian of the property estate of Susan E. Bachman, will sale at public auction to the highest bidder, subject to confirmation by the District Court on or after said auction, all the right, title and interest that the Guardianship has by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and into the following described real property in Grant County, State of Oklahoma: 

The Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 28 North, Range 3 West of the Indian Meridian, Grant County, State of Oklahoma, containing 160 surface acres more or less, and also and undivided one-half interest in said Minerals. Upon the following terms, to-wit: Cash 

The public auction will be held at the Southwest comer of subject property on Thursday, October 26 at 10:00 o’clock a.m.; or in case of inclement weather at the Deer Creek Fire Department, 1064 Main Street, Deer Creek, Oklahoma 74636 at the same time. DATED this 18th day of September, 2023.
