NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE AT PUBLIC SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to an order of the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, made on the 6th day of January, 2025, in the matter of the Guardianship of Helen Lea Carter, an incapacitated person, the undersigned, as the Guardian of the Property and Estate, will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation by said District Court, on the 30th day of January, 2025, at 10:00 o’clock A.M., at the Wakita Christian Church, 1775 Apache St., Wakita Oklahoma, 73771, all the right, title, interest and estate of the said Helen Lea Carter, and all the right, title and interest that the said estate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired in and to all the following described real estate, to-wit:
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
An undivided one-half (1/2) surface interest in and to the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 NE/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Seven (7) W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN, that pursuant to an order of the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, made on the 6th day of January, 2025, in the matter of the Guardianship of Helen Lea Carter, an incapacitated person, the undersigned, as the Guardian of the Property and Estate, will sell at public sale via online auction at www.wigginsauctioneers.com to the highest bidder for cash, subject to confirmation by said District Court with said bidding ending at 2:00 P.M., on the said 30th day of January, 2025, all the right, title, interest and estate of the said Helen Lea Carter, and all the right, title and interest that the said estate has, by operation of law or otherwise, acquired in and to all the following described real estate, to-wit:
all of the Ward’s right, title and interest in and to all of the oil, gas and other minerals in, under and that may be produced from the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 NE/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Seven (7) W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma
upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit: Cash.
