NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Bank of America, N.A., a named Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Edward D. Feinberg, deceased, dated August 5, 1973, requesting that: the foreign will of Edward D. Feinberg, deceased, be admitted to probate and record in this Court; no administration of the Estate is necessary; the Will be construed, and all real or personal property belonging to decedent in the State of Kansas, including the following interest in minerals owned by the decedent, situated in Kingman County, Kansas, to wit:
SE/4 of Township 29 South, Range 7 West, Section 16; excepting a tract 231.2 feet North and South by 177.5 feet East and West in the Southeast corner thereof.
be assigned in accordance with the terms of the Will.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before January 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the District Court, in the city of Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
