MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting Monday, January 6, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, January 3, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig A. Fredrick, Max L. Hess, and Steve Stinson. Also present were Rachelle D McCaleb, Kerstin Orcutt, Chuck Tolle, and Penny Huff. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Fredrick, Hess, and Stinson used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and Hess led the flag salute.
Orcutt acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.

Stinson reported that District 3 is hauling rock, checking roads, and grading.
Hess reported that District 1 is cleaning East and West roads. D1 had 4’ snow drifts. D1 mechanic is out.
Fredrick reported that District 2 is conducting business as usual. D2 is checking roads, as well as sanded and shoveled the courthouse.
