ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL
REPRESENTATIVE, AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Lonnie Leroy Hess, Deceased, that there was filed with this Court the Petition of Gary A. Smith praying that Letters of Administration be issued to him as Personal Representative of the Estate, to serve without bond and for a judicial determination of the heirs of the Decedent.
Notice is given that the 24 day of February, 2025, at 3:30 p.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the Grant County District Courtroom located in Medford, Oklahoma, Grant County, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
