ORDINANCE NO. G-438
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BUILDING PERMIT FEES; AMENDING SECTION 10-67 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF HARPER, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF HARPER:
Section 1: That Section 10-67 of the City Code of the City of Harper, Kansas shall be amended to read as follows:
Sec. 10-67. Fees.
The fee for a building permit shall be as provided and on file at the city clerk’s office. The fee shall be paid to the city clerk’s office upon obtaining a building permit and the same shall be credited to the general operating fund of the city.
Section 2: That Section 10-67 of the City Code of the City of Harper, Kansas, is hereby amended.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the Harper Advocate.
