NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingman County Planning Commission will meet, Monday February 24th. The Kingman County Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas:
Case No. Z -25 -002. Proposed property by Mark Hickman & Montana Soderberg for the change of zoning district A-1 General Agriculture to A-C Commercial Agriculture district.

General location: Located 1½ miles south on 120th Ave off K-42.
Acreage: 17.3 acres more or less.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the Governing Body which, if approved under the County Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by resolution. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
