The Bidders must submit their bid on the official proposal forms which can be found in the packet titled: CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND PLANS AND SPECIF/CATION. The submitted bid envelope must be clearly marked “SEALED BID #03-2025 & BID OPENING DATE: MARCH 10, 2025”. All pertinent documents as found in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND PLANS AND SPECIF/CATION packet must be signed, and notarized (if applicable), and returned to the Grant County Clerk’s Office as specified above or the bid will be rejected.
