NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION WITH WILL ANNEXED AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND LEGATEES
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Marvin Wayne Vannoy, deceased, that on the 11th day of February , 2025, Kirk R. Boersma filed in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to Kirk R. Boersma upon the estate of Marvin Wayne Vannoy, deceased.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on February 11 , 2025, notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 3rd day of March, 2025, at 10:30 o’clock, a.m., the petition will be heard at the Grant County Courthouse, Medford Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said estate may appear and contest the said petition by filing written opposition thereto on the ground of incompetency of the applicant, or may assert his own rights to administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.
