ALIAS NOTICE OF HEARING MOTION TO CONFIRM SALE OF REAL PROPERTY UNDER POWER OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Leland K. Larimore, Deceased, that Johnna Larimore Tupper filed in the District Court of Grant County, State of Oklahoma, a verified Motion to Confirm Sale of Real Property under Power of Sale.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said Motion is set for hearing at 10:00 A.M. on the 10th day of March, 2025, in the Courtroom of the undersigned Judge, or the Judge to whom this cause is assigned on said hearing date, in the County Courthouse in the City of Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, at which time all persons interested in the Estate of Leland K. Larimore, Deceased, are required to appear and show cause, if any they have, why an Order should not be granted for the reasons stated in said Motion for the confirmation of the sale of the following described real property, to-wit:
An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in and to the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W/2 SW/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-seven (27) North, Range Three (3) W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma.
