MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting on Monday, March 3, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, February 28, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig A. Fredrick, Patrick Stepp, and Steve Stinson. Also present were David Kretchmar, Penny Huff, and Rachelle D McCaleb. Emily Franke entered at 9:10am and Jonathan Morgan entered at 9:14am. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Fredrick and Stinson used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and Stepp led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.

New Business. Stinson wanted to confirm how signatures would be taken care of on 03.06.2025 meeting while Fredrick is out. County Clerk’s office will contact Fredrick’s deputy to come in and sign any documents needed.
Stinson reported decision should be made at next meeting regarding OPEH&W plan. District 3 is grading rock today and has equipment at Elk City.
Stepp reported District 1 is grading roads and hauling rock off rock pile.
Fredrick reported that District 2 is working on repairs and rocking Osage Road. This area will be used as detour while working on project to rebuild that road.
