NOTICE OF HEARING
PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION,
FOR ORDER
DETERMINING HEIRS, AND REQUESTING
WAIVERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of BETTY L. LORIMER, deceased, that on the 19th day of February, 2025 filed in the District Court of the County of Garfield, state of Oklahoma, a petition praying for Letters of Administration to be issued to MAX GRESHAM upon the estate of Betty L. Lorimer, deceased, and that the heirs of the said decedent be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and requesting that the appointment of appraisers, and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of the estate be waived. A copy of said petition will be mailed to all heirs known to the Petitioner with this Notice.
AND pursuant to an order of said District Court, the 17th day of March, at the hour of 11:30 a.m., in the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Medford, Oklahoma, in said County of Grant, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Petition, when and where any person interested may appear and contest said petition as provided by law, or may assert his own
rights to the administration and pray that Letters be issued to himself.
