NOTICE OF HEARING
THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Gayle Irwin, an heir of Kurt Weber, Sr., deceased, requesting:
Descent be determined of an interest in the following described real estate situated in Kingman County, Kansas:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE/c SE/4) of Section 4, Township 30 South, Range 7 West of the 6th P.M., Kingman County, Kansas; thence North 500 feet; thence West 500 feet; thence South 500 feet; thence East 500 feet to the place of beginning less the highway as now established across said land in Kingman County, Kansas
and all other Kansas real estate and personal property owned by decedent at the time of death. And that such property and other Kansas real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to the laws of intestate succession.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before April 7, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. in Kingman, Kingman County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
