To: All persons interested in the Estate of Harry H. Girod, deceased.
You are hereby notified that on the 13th day of March, 2025, the Special Administrator, David C. Fisher (hereinafter “Special Administrator”), c/o Kyle J. Eckman, N&A, PLLC, 410 N. Walnut Ave., Ste. 110, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, Attorney for Petitioner, filed in the District Court of Grant County a Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245 et seq. and for Appointment of Special Administrator, Appointment of Personal Representative, and Determination of Heirs, Devisees, and Legatees (hereinafter “Petition”).
The Special Administrator alleged in the Petition that Harry H. Girod, deceased (hereinafter “Decedent”) died intestate on October 22, 1986, whose domicile was 1019 West Pine, El Dorado, Kansas 67042, and that the total value of Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is valued at greater than $100,000.00.
The Special Administrator alleges that in the Petition that the Decedent’s only heirs are as follows:

In an Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition.
Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator, all creditors having claims against Harry H. Girod, deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interest and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Special Administrator, c/o Kyle J. Eckman, N&A, PLLC, 410 N. Walnut Avenue., Suite 110, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, attorney for Special Administrator, on or before the following presentment date: April 14, 2025, or the same will be forever barred.
Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 12th day of May, 2025, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. at the Grant County Courthouse, 112 East Guthrie Street, Medford, Oklahoma 73759, in the courtroom of the Honorable Judge Jeff Crites. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition. The Final Account and Petition for Determination of Heirs and Distribution will be filed herein at least twenty (20) days prior to the hearing.
You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition prior to the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of his attorney, Kyle J. Eckman, N&A, PLLC, 410 N. Walnut Avenue., Suite. 110, Oklahoma City, OK 73104, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
