ORDINANCE NO. 2140 SUMMARY
On March 13, 2025, the City of Kingman, Kansas, adopted Ordinance No. 2140 in order to create Article 9 of Chapter 8 of the Kingman City Code to prohibit the use of campers, recreational vehicles, and other temporary dwellings as permanent residences and to provide for exceptions and enforcement procedure.
