NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO:
The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Ronald Teders, Deceased; and The Unknown Successors of Ronald Teders, Deceased.
You and each of you are hereby notified that David Kilian, Successor Trustee of”The Family Trust” created by Adolph G. Kilian by Trust Agreement dated November 17, 1986, hereinafter referred to as the “Trust”, has filed his Petition in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in the above styled and numbered cause, in which action Petitioner prays for judgment and order of the Court (i) that the death of Ronald Teders on February 27, 2024, be judicially determined; (ii) that the heirs at law of the said Ronald Teders, deceased, be judicially determined to be his wife, Marcia Teders, and his daughters, Morgan Grippando and Molli McKee; (iii) that the one twenty-eighth (1128th) interest or share of the net income of the Trust which Ronald Teders would have received were he living should instead be distributed to his daughters, Morgan Grippando and Molli McKee, in equal shares, share and share alike; (iv) that the unknown successors, if any, of Ronald Teders, deceased, have no right, title or interest in and to the Trust, or the income thereof; (v) that the accounting of the Successor Trustee for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, be allowed and approved; (vi) that the Successor Trustee be allowed and awarded a just and reasonable compensation for the services performed by him on behalf of the Trust and reimbursement for the expenses incurred and the funds advanced by him on behalf of the Trust; (vii) that the Successor Trustee be awarded his costs herein including a reasonable attorney’s fee from and as charge against the Trust; (viii) the Court find that a Guardian Ad Litem is not necessary at this time; and (ix) for such other and further relief as the Court should deem appropriate under the circumstances.
You, and each of you, must answer the Petition of the Petitioner herein on or before the 16th day of May, 2025, or said Petition will betaken as true and judgment will be rendered against you, and each of you, as prayed for in said Petition, and as set forth in this notice.
