NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 28th, 2025, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Kingman County, Kansas will consider the following application at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas:
Case No. BZA-SU- 25-002, Montana Soderberg Hickman 14407 SE 120Ave., Norwich, KS 67118 request a conditional special use as an exception to permit the establishment of a venue for weddings and other events involving gatherings of people for a limited occasion and time on property zoned as the A-1 Agricultural District.
