NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
NOTICE is given that on May 14th, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at the Grant County Courthouse, 112 E. Guthrie St., Medford, Oklahoma 73759, the undersigned Sheriff of Grant County, Oklahoma, will offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain property located in Grant County, Oklahoma, which is more particularly described as follows:
THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION TEN (10), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-EIGHT (28) NORTH, RANGE SIX (6) WEST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, GRANT COUNTY. OKLAHOMA
, together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property (the “Property”). The Property is located at N. 2910 Road & Leflore Road, Medford, Oklahoma 73759. The sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale With Appraisement issued upon judgment entered in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2024-13, wherein Arvest Bank (“Arvest”) is plaintiff and Stejskal Family, LLC, Dustin Luther Graves, Kathy Dianne Graves, Linda Krejsek, and The Linds Krejsek Living Trust dated February 20, 2023 are defendants, to satisfy judgment entered on January 9, 2025, in favor of Arvest as detailed in the Journal Entry attached hereto as Exhibit “A” (the “Final Judgment”). The sale will be in accordance with the Final Judgment and subject to the unpaid real estate taxes and special assessments due and owing on the Property.
The value of the Property as previously determined by appraisers appointed by the undersigned Sheriff is $ 240,000.00
Without limiting the foregoing, the persons or other entities, together with such persons’ or other entities’ unknown successors, having an interest in the Property whose interests are sought to be extinguished, including those whose actual address is unknown, being hereby notified are: Stejskal Family, LLC, Dustin Luther Graves, Kathy Dianne Graves, Linda Krejsek, the Linda Krejsek Living Trust dated February 20, 2003, Grant County, Oklahoma, by and through the Grady County Treasurer, Oklahoma Tax Commission, and John Deere Financial.
