TO: GAYLEN W. STOVER, their heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors and/or assigns, both known and unknown GRANT COUNTY TREASURER and the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR GRANT COUNTY
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Tulsa County in Case No. CV-2024-17, wherein TRAVIS HOFFMAN is the Plaintiff and GAYLEN W. STOVER, their heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, successors an/or assigns, both know and unknown GRANT COUNTY TREASURER and the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR GRANT COUNTY are the Defendants, and unless you answer the Petition of the Plaintiffs filed against you on or before the 1st day of June, 2025, the allegations of the Petition of the Plaintiff will be taken as true and judgement rendered as prayed for, and the above named Defendants’ interest in and to the following described real property located in Grant County, Oklahoma, will be foreclosed:
Lots Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), and Eighteen (18) , Block Seventy (70), ROCK ISLAND ADDITION to the City of Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.
