NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kingman County Planning Commission will meet, Monday April 28th. The Kingman County Planning Commission will consider the following zoning application at 7:00 p.m. in the District Court Room (Third Floor) at the Courthouse in Kingman, Kansas:
Case No. Z -25 -005. Proposed property by Nic Hillman for the change of zoning district A-1 General Agriculture to R-R Rural Residential district.
Legal description: S19, T28, R05W, ACRES 64.7, 790.5W N RR R/W & S2 NW4 LYG S RR R/W LESS R/W
General location: Located at the Northwest corner of SE 20 Street and SE 120 Avenue, on the South side of SE 20 Street between SE 120 Avenue and SE 130 Ave.
Acreage: 64 acres more or less.
You may appear at this time either in person or by agent or attorney, if you so desire, and be heard on the matter. After hearing the views and wishes of all persons interested in the case, the Planning Commission may close the hearing and consider a recommendation to the Governing Body which, if approved under the County Zoning Regulations, would be effectuated by resolution. The public hearing may be recessed and continued from time to time without further notice.
