NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE
OF WILL AND REQUESTING OTHER ORDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the estate of Jeanette Bennett, deceased, that on the 10th day of April, 2025, Pamela Willson produced and filed in the District Court of the County of Grant, state of Oklahoma, a holographic instrument in writing, dated the 21st day of December, 2024, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and also filed in said court a Petition praying for the probate of said holographic Will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Pamela Willson, and that the heirs, devisees, and legatees of Jeanette Bennett be determined under the provisions of 58 O.S. Section 240, and further requesting that the appointment of appraisers and the filing in the District Court file of an inventory of the assets of this estate be waived. A copy of said Petition will be mailed to all heirs, devisees and legatees known to Petitioner with this Notice.
Pursuant to an Order of said court, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 6th day of May, 2025, at 11:00 o’clock a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will, at the District Courtroom, in the courthouse at Medford, Oklahoma, in said County of Grant, when all persons interested may appear and contest same as provided by law, and to assert their right as an heir, devisee, or legatee of Jeanette Bennett.
