THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: The Unknown Heirs and Successors of Dan Bowling a/k/a Daniel Bowling, Deceased; the Unknown Heirs and Successors of Eloise Bowling a/k/a Eloise Young Dodson Bowling a/k/a Eloise N. Bowling, Deceased; Nancy Kraus Bowling; Carla Kay Bowling Johnson a/k/a Carla K. Johnson; Deborah Bowling Hetrick; Pam Bowling Goochey; Danny Bowling; Donnie Bowling; the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma; and the Treasurer of Grant County, Oklahoma.

You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Grant County, Oklahoma, in the above-styled and numbered cause, by the above named Plaintiff, in which action Plaintiff is praying for (1) a Decree quieting title to the following described real estate by and through tenant Paula Jean Sporleder, Personal Representative of the Estate of Ellen B. Schuermann a/k/a Ellen B. Wilson, Deceased:

Lot Thirteen (13) and the West Half (W/2) of Lot Fourteen (14), Block Three (3), SUBLETTE’S FIRST ADDITION to the City of Pond Creek, Grant County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof, with a physical address of: 118 E. Dogwood Avenue, Pond Creek, OK 73766.

You and each of you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiff herein on or before October 11, 2023, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgment will be rendered against you, and each of you, as prayed for in said Petition, and as set forth in this notice:
