You are hereby notified that on the 27th day of December, 2024, a Petition was filed in this Court by Barry D. Fischer, praying the Last Will and Testament of Carole Nadine Wilcox, deceased, dated September 16, 2016, be admitted to probate and record; Informal Administration be allowed to transfer real estate to the sole devisee and legatee of Carole Nadine Wilcox, deceased.
You are required to file your written defenses thereto on or before January 31, 2025, at 8:30 A.M. in the District Court, 201 N. Jennings Avenue, Anthony, Kansas 67003, in Harper County, Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
