COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS, FINAL
ACCOUNTING,
DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
All creditors having claims against Roxie Ann Biggio, a/k/a Roxie Ann Aldrich and Roxie Ann Dickerson, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Representative, c/o Lowell A. Barto, 123 W. 7th Avenue, Suite 210, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074, on or before the following presentment date: February 24, 2025 or the same will be forever barred.
Further, all persons interested in said estate are hereby notified that on March 13, 2025 at 10:00 o’clock a.m., in the District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse at Medford, Oklahoma, Final Accounting, Determination of Heirship, Distribution of the Estate, and Discharge of the Personal Representative will be heard and ordered and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the same should not be done. The Final Account and Petition for Distribution will be filed herein on or before March 3, 2025.
