MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Boaid of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting Monday, January 27, 2025, at 9:00 am.
Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, January 24, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged.
Present were Craig A. Fredrick, Max L. Hess, and Steve Stinson. Also present were Rachelle D Mccaleb and Katrina Stockton. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Fredrick, Hess, and Stinson used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Hess said a prayer and Stinson led the flag salute.
Mccaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
No comments from the public.
There were no Transfer of Appropriations.

Stinson gave report on OPEH&W updates. New plan information for employees and updated coverage information. Opportunity to schedule Health Fair for employees at courthouse.
Stinson reported that Mediflight will have another plan to include ground transportation.
Grant County Board of County Commissioners toured and inspected the Grant County jail, in accordance with 57 O.S. 2011 § 1.
No New Business.
Stinson reported he will be attending the ACCO Board and Legislative meeting in OKC on 01/29/25. District 3 is doing bridge repair and hauling rock. Business as usual.
Hess reported that District 1 is patching roads and doing maintenance in the shop. He will be attending the ACCO Board meeting on 01/29/25 also.
Fredrick reported that District 2 is grading roads and doing repairs on rock trailer. They are also moving rock to the Osage project.
