MINUTES OF BOCC REGULAR MEETING
The Board of Commissioners of Grant County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting Monday, February 3, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, January 31, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig A. Fredrick, Max L. Hess, and Steve Stinson. Also present were Donnie Head and Rachelle D McCaleb. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Fredrick, Hess, and Stinson used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Stinson said a prayer and Hess led the flag salute.
Mccaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.

Discussion of Grant County Bridge over Elm Creek and opening up bids on 02.06.2025. OUBCC confirmation non-insurance of construction permits.
Donnie Head with CED8 reviewed upcoming CIRB Road Projects and Plans.

McCaleb discussed County Clerk’s Office received an Exit Audit on 01.28.2025 for the previous administration for the State Auditor’s Office. Once report is completed, findings will be presented at board meeting.
McCaleb discussed IRS an interview on 01.28.2025, regarding previous administration W-9 filings from 2018 and 2021. IRS representative also reviewed quarterly 941 filings and an outstanding balance for 2nd quarter of 2023. 3rd quarter of 2024 was not filed. Current administration has filed for the 4th quarter of 2024 but is still working on training for making
payments.
New Business: TK Elevator Corporation Mechanic Rate information for testing of emergency phone in elevator.
Stinson reported District 3 is hauling rock and grading. Business as usual.
Hess reported District 1 is grading and hauling shale. Hess will attend excavation class today in Enid. He will also use Statutory Travel for the month of February and will not drive city pickup.
Fredrick reported that District 2 is business as usual.
