Pursuant to an Order of said District Court entered and filed herein, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kathleen Traci, as the Guardian of the Property and Estate of Marvin A. Carter, an incapacitated person, made to this Court and filed in the office of the Clerk thereof, a Return of Sale made by said Guardian on the 6th day of February, 2025, under a previous order of said Court, of the following real estate, and for the following sums, to-wit:

An undivided one-half (1/2) surface interest in and to the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 NE/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Seven (7) W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma

all of the Ward’s right, title and interest in and to all of the oil, gas and other minerals in, under and that may be produced from the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E/2 NE/4) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Seven (7) W.I.M., Grant County, Oklahoma
$8,250.00
for the total amount of $139,500.00; as will more fully appear from said return filed as aforesaid, and to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the 27th day of February, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the County Courtroom, Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma, has been fixed for hearing the said return, when and where any person interested in said estate may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the said sale, and may be heard and may produce witnesses in support of any such objections.
