The Board of Commissioners of Grnnt County, Oklahoma (BOCC) held a regular meeting Monday, February 10, 2025, at 9:00 am. Notice of the Meeting, including agenda, was posted at both entrances of the Grant County Courthouse, Medford, OK, Friday, February 7, 2025, prior to 9:00 am. in accordance with Title 25, §301-314 O.S.
Fredrick called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. After roll call, a quorum was acknowledged. Present were Craig A. Fredrick, and Max L. Hess. Also present were Patrick Stepp, Penny Huff, and Rachelle D McCaleb. Tony Shaffer arrived at 9:34am. Teleconferencing was enabled to comply with the Open Meetings Act. Out of the commissioners Fredrick and Hess used their signature stamps and hand signed as well.
Hess said a prayer and Fredrick led the flag salute.
McCaleb acknowledged the agenda was properly posted in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.

Fredrick moved to acknowledge the County Clerk’s Office Exit Audit Report for December,

Discussion regarding Grant County Library donation. Due to budget, Grant County will not move forward with donation to Grant County Library at this time.
No New Business.
Hess reported District 1 is grading and patching today. They will be working in the shop and moving items out of the right-of-way.
Fredrick reported that District 2 is moving equipment to Elk City. They are fixing road signs and grading.
Tony Shaffer reported that District 3 is grading and working on bridges.
