NOTICE OF SEALED BIDS FOR 

FARM GROUND LEASE

Attica Hospital District #1 is accepting sealed bids for the lease of the following farm ground located in Harper County, Kansas:

Legal Description:

Government Lot Three (3) and Government Lot Four (4) in Section Nineteen (19), Township Thirty-two (32) South, Range Eight (8) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Harper County, Kansas, less road right-of-way; and EXCEPT a 0.1-acre tract in the southeast corner of the hereinabove described lots; and The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E/2 SW/4) and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 SE/4) lying South of US HWY 160 and a tract in the Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter (NE/4 SE/4) South of Hwy 160 Right-of-Way, less road right-of-way, all in Section Twenty-four (24), Township Thirty-two (32) South, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Harper County, Kansas, LESS approximately 22.7 acres of miscellaneous acreage located in the Southeast Quarter.

Lease Term: The lease term shall be for a period of three (3) years, starting on July 1, 2025. Possession will begin on July 1, 2025, or once the current lessee has harvested any existing crops from the field, whichever is later.

Bids must be clearly marked “Sealed Bid” on the envelope and received no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) on April 28th, 2024.
