Wesley G. Casey, Personal Representative of the Estate of Steven Scott Austin, deceased, has filed in this Court Report Of Personal Representative And Application For Decree Of Distribution and Supplement To Final Account And Request For Award of Attorneys Fees And Final Settlement Hearing. The hearing of the same is hereby set by the Court for the 1st day of May, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at the Grant County District Court, District Courtroom of the Grant County Courthouse, 112 E. Guthrie St., Medford, Grant County, Oklahoma. It is ordered that notice of the hearing on this final settlement and distribution of the Steven Scott Austin Estate be given according to law.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that copies of the notice of this hearing be mailed to the heirs-at-law, creditors and persons interested in the estate whose addresses are known with postage thereon prepaid, at least ten (10) days before the date of the hearing.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the hearing shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Grant County, Oklahoma,
